Business Analyst

About the role

As a Business Analyst you will join a client service team and own a workstream that tackles some of the toughest challenges faced by Fortune‑500 companies and innovative startups. You will work directly with clients and McKinsey colleagues to uncover hidden problems, develop actionable plans, and drive lasting change.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define problems, refine strategies, and implement transformations.
• Conduct research, data analysis, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to generate insights.
• Create and present recommendations that solve immediate issues and build long‑term capabilities.
• Partner with cross‑functional McKinsey teams to ensure solutions are ethical, effective, and sustainable.

• Excellent communication and judgment, able to build trust with senior client leaders.
