Business Analyst (French Speaking) – Hybrid in Porto

About the role

Smart.Technology is looking for a Business Analyst who is fluent in French to join our hybrid team in Porto. You will work on large‑scale IT and digital transformation projects, acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Write user stories, process documentation and functional specifications.
• Facilitate communication between business owners and development teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Support international stakeholders and ensure alignment across multicultural environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on IT or digital transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in French (minimum B2/C1).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international setting.
