Business Analyst – French Speaker (Hybrid, Porto)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who is fluent in French to join our Porto office on a hybrid basis. You will work on technology projects for clients in the banking and financial services sector, translating business needs into clear functional solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and capture functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
• Collaborate with French‑speaking stakeholders, clients and cross‑functional teams.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Produce comprehensive documentation in both French and English.
• Support continuous process optimisation and improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Fluent French (spoken and written) and English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional analysis and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in multicultural teams; banking or financial services experience is a plus.
