Business Analyst - Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Specialist Business Analyst for Engineering & Manufacturing Engineering to join Airbus GBS in Lisbon or Coimbra. You will handle complex tasks with limited supervision, lead project components and mentor junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Support Engineering and Manufacturing functions by managing KPI dashboards, evaluating delivery plans and liaising with Finance.
• Coordinate subcontracting processes from purchase order tracking to goods receipt and drive Supplier Performance Review milestones.
• Maintain workforce and workload dashboards, update resource data and align with stakeholders.
• Identify business risks and opportunities, provide insights to internal customers and act as an operational interface with international stakeholders.
• Lead local initiatives to standardise processes, apply lean management and Six Sigma methodologies.

Required profile

• Educational background in Business Management, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
• Early‑career to professional experience in business analysis, data management or financial control.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Fluent English; French, German or Spanish a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Looker Studio).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
