Brazilian Client Relations Specialist – Financial Markets (Porto)

About the role

We are seeking a Brazilian Portuguese‑speaking Client Relations Specialist to join our financial markets team in Porto. You will be the primary point of contact for Portuguese‑speaking clients, delivering exceptional service and supporting their journey across our investment platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Brazilian Portuguese‑speaking clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with key account stakeholders to drive retention and satisfaction.
• Guide clients through onboarding, platform usage, and troubleshoot queries for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Sales and Technical Support to deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor and analyse client feedback, account activity and service levels to promote continuous improvement.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for relevant financial products.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Support risk‑management procedures and adhere to regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and professional English (minimum B2).
• Proven experience in client relations, customer service or account management, preferably in financial markets, banking, fintech or outsourcing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Comfort with digital communication platforms.
