About the role
We are seeking a passionate Brand Manager to lead the marketing strategy and brand expression for two distinctive homeware labels – House of Capricorn and Fashion Clinic Home. This role blends creativity, luxury sensibility, and commercial acumen to shape the story of beautifully curated living spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Co‑create and execute the annual marketing plan for both brands, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.
- Own and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources strategically and tracking spend.
- Prepare clear creative briefs and coordinate asset delivery across all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Buying, Creative, Operations, Merchandising, PR and other departments to uncover new brand‑awareness and sales opportunities.
- Monitor implementation of actions, keep teams aligned, and champion the customer profile and DNA of each brand.
- Manage the brand agenda, including seasonal cycles, special collections, collaborations, events and key commercial moments.
- Analyse performance data and market insights to drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- A brand storyteller with a sharp commercial instinct and ability to build desire around products.
- Comfortable structuring creative processes while preserving spark and innovation.
- Enjoys cross‑functional teamwork and taking ownership of budgets.
- Inspired by premium living, design and luxury markets.

- Canva proficiency
- Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
