Brand & Digital Senior Specialist

About the role

The Brand & Digital Senior Specialist supports the development and execution of brand and digital marketing initiatives to boost awareness, consideration and engagement across consumer touchpoints. The role blends brand management with digital campaign execution, ensuring consistent positioning while delivering effective paid, owned and earned media activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual brand strategy and marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business priorities and consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across paid search, social, display and video, coordinating with agencies and internal teams.
• Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns, manage creative asset localisation and maintain campaign calendars.
• Monitor brand and digital KPIs, prepare performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing or marketing communications, preferably in FMCG or consumer‑oriented industries.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO, SEM and web analytics/campaign performance tools.
