Banking Data Management Specialist (French Speaker)

About the role

Thales Business Support Services is seeking a French‑speaking Banking Data Management Specialist to join its Master Data team in Paço de Arcos, Portugal. The role focuses on ensuring high‑quality supplier and bank data while supporting the e‑ACQ Administration team.

Key responsibilities

• Support supplier compliance and data‑quality improvement initiatives.
• Collect, test, and optimise data processes, including validating bank data and entering information in OCM.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities of the TBSS e‑ACQ Administration team.
• Handle tickets for supplier setup, data changes, and deletions in line with service‑level agreements.
• Assist with interface development and analyse the impact of ERP functionality changes.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Previous experience in a similar data‑management or finance role.
• Familiarity with financial and accounting tools.
