B2B Travel Agent (German/French) – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

We are seeking a B2B Travel Agent who is fluent in German or French to join our international team remotely from Portugal. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, handling travel bookings, reservations and related support while ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end B2B travel arrangements for business clients, including flights, hotels, transfers and itineraries.
• Provide timely and accurate customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of bookings and client preferences in the company’s reservation system.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to secure best rates and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Fluency in German or French (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in the travel industry, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Residency in Portugal.
