B2B Customer Service Specialist - French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking B2B Customer Service Specialist to join our Europe Call Center. You will be the first point of contact for Nestlé Professional customers, handling inquiries across phone, email, social media and web forms.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log inbound calls, emails, and social media requests in the CRM system.
• Provide technical assistance, order capture, payment collection and resolve billing or product availability questions.
• Conduct outbound calls to onboard new customers, schedule installations and deliver basic training on our D2C platform.
• Perform telesales outreach to prospects and promote Nestlé Professional solutions.
• Raise tickets to technical partners when issues cannot be resolved by phone.
• Carry out customer satisfaction surveys and produce qualitative and quantitative reports.
• Escalate critical complaints and ensure timely follow‑up with operational teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment (2 days onsite).
• Experience in consumer services, marketing or related fields is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/SAP systems.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
