Automotive Customer Support Agent – Porto

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Automotive Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our tier‑one support team in Porto. You will combine hands‑on mechanical knowledge with excellent customer service to resolve complex automotive inquiries for Spanish‑ and Portuguese‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert‑level technical assistance via phone, email and chat to Spanish and Portuguese customers.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and guide users through automotive technical issues using your practical mechanical background.
• Document all interactions, assessments and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with senior technical teams to escalate and resolve high‑complexity cases.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in customer service or technical support, plus hands‑on experience as an automotive mechanic.
• Fluency in Spanish and strong command of Portuguese (B2‑C1 or native level).
• Completed secondary education (high school).
• Must be currently residing in Porto or able to relocate immediately.
• EU citizenship with a valid passport; no visa sponsorship available.
