Automation AI Developer – HR IT Solutions

About the role

As an Automation AI Developer you will create and maintain AI‑driven automation solutions that support HR IT processes at Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to turn requirements into scalable, stable technical implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy automation workflows and AI‑powered applications for HR use cases.
• Build and optimise API integrations and low‑code solutions using platforms such as OutSystems, Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath or ServiceNow.
• Integrate natural language processing, intelligent document processing and conversational AI services into existing HR systems.
• Analyse business processes, identify automation opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve deployed solutions while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics or a related technical field.
• Approximately three years of professional experience in automation development, business analysis or related IT roles.
• Experience in an HR or enterprise IT environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Low‑code platforms: OutSystems, Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, ServiceNow (or similar).
• Automation frameworks and workflow design.
• API development and integration.
