Associate VAT Compliance – International Tax Team

About the role

Join PwC's fast‑growing Managed Services team as an Associate VAT Compliance professional. You will work from our new Porto office, supporting international clients on their VAT obligations while gaining exposure to a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of international clients, advising on VAT compliance obligations.
• Prepare and file VAT returns and related documentation.
• Supervise and manage accounting and tax aspects of client portfolios.
• Optimize compliance and data processes, including transformation, analysis and visualization of tax‑related data.
• Collaborate with teams in Luxembourg and other PwC locations to deliver consistent service.

Required profile

• Motivated, young professional eager to learn and develop in an international setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in tax and finance.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
