Associate SEO & AEO Manager

About the role

Iterable is seeking an Associate SEO & AEO Manager to lead the company’s visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI‑driven discovery platforms. You will shape the strategy and execution for technical SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure the brand appears clearly, accurately, and competitively when buyers research solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical SEO health of Iterable’s web properties, driving audits and roadmap execution.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting crawlability, indexation, internal linking, site architecture, page speed, structured data, rendering, canonicalization, redirects, XML sitemaps and Core Web Vitals.
• Develop and implement AEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility in AI assistants, chat‑based search tools and generative platforms.
• Prioritize SEO initiatives based on impact, move quickly, and build scalable systems for ongoing measurement and improvement.
• Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to align technical optimizations with business goals.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to audit deeply and prioritize sharply.
• Experience in managing SEO programs at scale, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Ability to work autonomously, move quickly, and build durable processes.
