Associate Director, Web Personalization

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Director to lead KPMG’s enterprise web personalization strategy. The role will drive predictive, real‑time digital experiences that adapt to user behavior and lifecycle stage, enhancing engagement and pipeline generation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the web personalization roadmap, moving from traditional A/B testing to AI‑powered, real‑time content delivery.
• Design dynamic digital experiences that automatically adjust to visitor intent and behavior.
• Deploy and optimize AI conversational agents and recommendation engines to provide tailored guidance.
• Oversee an advanced optimization framework that leverages machine learning and real‑time data.
• Collaborate with technology, architecture, and data teams to integrate new AI capabilities and build robust audience segments.
• Establish KPIs, measure impact, and report executive‑level insights on personalization performance.
• Champion a culture of integrity, professionalism, and inclusive collaboration.

Required profile

• Minimum eight years of recent experience in digital marketing with a focus on web personalization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information technology, analytics or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
