Associate Director, Corporate Affairs – ELMAC Region

About the role

As Associate Director of Corporate Affairs for the Europe, Latin America, Middle East, Africa and Canada (ELMAC) region, you will lead a high‑performing hub that drives external engagement, policy communications, and analytics across multiple affiliates. Based in Lisbon, you will shape strategy, ensure operational excellence, and support senior stakeholders in a fast‑moving, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Corporate Affairs strategy, planning and governance framework for the ELMAC region.
• Allocate specialist expertise within the hub to support affiliates across Europe, Latin America, Middle East, Africa and Canada.
• Leverage data, insights and innovative tools to inform decision‑making and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage issue‑resolution processes, providing scalable counsel or hands‑on support as needed.
• Enable employee communications initiatives, delivering standardized programs that keep internal audiences informed and connected.
• Drive operational excellence, identify efficiency opportunities, and implement scalable solutions.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 7+ years of experience in strategy, planning, insights, communications, or operations within a large, complex organization.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English.
