About the role

Delnext, a technology company specialized in national and international transport, is looking for a senior HR generalist to lead and transform its people function. The role will be based in Sintra, Portugal and will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, career development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and labor relations.
• Develop and execute talent development, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
• Implement and maintain digital HR solutions to automate processes and enable data‑driven decision making.
• Ensure compliance with Portuguese labour legislation, internal policies and HR best practices.
• Lead strategic HR projects focused on impact, innovation and results.
• Guide, support and develop the internal HR team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience across all HR subsystems, with proven leadership or coordination experience.
• Strong strategic vision and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital HR tools (HRIS, recruitment platforms, performance management systems).
• Data analysis skills to support HR decision‑making.
