Assistant Store Manager – Outlet Algarve (40h)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our BOSS Outlet in Algarve. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a premium fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment, selection and onboarding of store staff.
• Conduct sales performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Plan workforce resources according to seasonality, productivity and payroll budget.
• Deliver training on operational procedures, loss prevention and complaint management.
• Monitor employee performance through indicators and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with product management procedures and brand standards.
• Manage stock control, inventory accuracy and product availability.
• Implement loss‑prevention measures and address inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain impeccable product presentation, displays and replenishment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager in premium or luxury fashion retail.
• Ability to lead and develop a team, and to take full responsibility for the store in the manager’s absence.
• Strong organizational skills for workforce planning and stock management.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to brand standards.
