Outbound Sales Consultant – French Speaking

About the role

The eGroup, a leading provider of office services across Europe, is looking for a French‑speaking Outbound Sales Consultant to join its team in Porto. You will be the voice of the company, contacting managers of SMEs and larger enterprises to showcase our telephone secretarial and office solutions. Your goal is to turn conversations into long‑term B2B partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to strengthen eGroup’s market leadership in office management.
• Generate and qualify high‑quality B2B leads using lead‑generation tools and pinpoint key decision‑makers.
• Build trust‑based relationships with prospects and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Close deals confidently, tailoring solutions to each client’s specific needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in phone‑based B2B sales, especially cold calling.
• Excellent communication skills with a persuasive, value‑focused approach.
• Quality‑oriented mindset, prioritising meaningful connections over volume.
• Strong negotiation abilities with confidence when dealing with SME decision‑makers.
• Goal‑driven, organized and ambitious with a clear focus on results.
• Native‑level French and fluency in English.
• Comfort with sales tools and a willingness to adopt new technologies.
