About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our New Era store at Barceloneta Premium Outlets. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, promoting and selling our product range, and maintaining the visual standards of the shop.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales transactions following company procedures and standards.
• Actively promote products and support the achievement of store sales targets.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and merchandise controls.
• Keep the stockroom and sales area clean and organized.
• Ensure product displays comply with brand guidelines.
• Handle merchandise transfers, returns, and receiving as required.

Required profile

• Availability to work rotating schedules, Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week (scheduled between Monday and Thursday).
• Flexibility to work during high‑traffic days (Friday to Sunday).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to follow established procedures.
