Artwork Coordinator

About the role

Viatris, a global healthcare company, is hiring an Artwork Coordinator in Lisbon. The role coordinates the creation, approval and implementation of market artwork within the Global Change Management System, acting as the main link between Regulatory, Packaging Sites, Artwork Studios and Supply Chain. It is an individual contributor position.

Key responsibilities

• Process new artwork requests promptly, prioritising them by due dates set by Competent Authorities or business commitments.
• Create accurate design briefs and instructions for artwork studios, working with Regulatory, Packaging Site and Commercial requirements.
• Check artwork against design briefs, national guidelines and packaging site requirements, and request amendments before release.
• Review and approve production print proofs where required, and confirm implementation and invalidation instructions to the packing site.
• Maintain artwork requests in the artwork systems and databases, and create and update SKU records for new product launches.
• Support artwork queries, risks and issues, escalating to the Artwork Supervisor or Artwork Compliance Manager when needed.

Required profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG artwork coordination is desirable.
• Associate's degree or university diploma (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in coordination and project management.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical artwork coordination is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
