Application Support (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Application Support professional to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our open Windows/Linux environments. You will be part of a team that guarantees the availability of critical production solutions through incident management, monitoring, automation and DevOps best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Windows and Linux production environments, including CMDB updates and vulnerability management.
• Provide 2nd‑level support for business‑critical applications, handling incidents and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Monitor and manage batch workflows with Control‑M and file transfers using CFT/Connect Express.
• Execute production processes, perform incident recovery, and troubleshoot failures.
• Manage infrastructure resources such as storage, queues and catalogues.
• Support application and development teams with production‑related issues.
• Participate in deployments, release management and change implementation.
• Drive automation, continuous improvement and DevOps practices.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
• Experience in 2nd‑level production support and incident management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across project and operational teams.
