API Developer / Integration Engineer (Telecom Sector)

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced API and Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer networking concepts and be able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, agile development environment. We value proven expertise across leading integration tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop APIs and integrations using leading iPaaS and API Management platforms such as MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Google Apigee, Dell Boomi, TIBCO, or equivalents.
• Connect a wide variety of applications, systems, and data sources (cloud, on‑premise, SaaS).
• Design and develop high‑performance RESTful APIs following solid design and architectural standards.
• Implement complex data transformations using platform‑specific languages (e.g., DataWeave) or other mapping tools.
• Ensure integration security (authentication, authorization, encryption) and compliance with industry security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and connectivity issues.
• Deploy and manage integrations and APIs across development, QA, and production environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience developing integrations and/or APIs with proven proficiency in at least one platform (MuleSoft, Apigee, Dell Boomi, TIBCO).
• Solid experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Deep knowledge of integration patterns (pub/sub, asynchronous, synchronous), best practices, and security standards (OAuth, JWT).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
