Android Engineer (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Android Engineer to join our fully remote team based in Portugal. You will work on cutting‑edge mobile applications, collaborating with a supportive community that values growth, balance, and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Implement asynchronous flows with Coroutines or RxJava and apply MVVM architecture.
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to code reviews.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high‑quality features.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Android developer.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Hands‑on experience with Coroutines or RxJava and MVVM architecture.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Nice to have: experience with Kotlin Multiplatform, Compose Multiplatform, and unit/UI testing.
