AI Transformation Communications & PMO

About the role

PlanetPlanet is looking for a Communications and Programme professional to drive engagement and coordination for its AI‑First transformation programme. Reporting to the Chief of Staff and working closely with Corporate Affairs, the AI Centre of Excellence and the Digital Workplace team, you will help colleagues across the globe understand and adopt AI tools in their daily work.

Key responsibilities

• Curate and structure content for regular AI Academy sessions, including use cases, tools, success stories and practical examples.
• Develop and execute an AI communications plan, creating clear messaging for internal channels such as email, intranet, presentations, live sessions, town halls and leadership briefings.
• Design and run employee engagement activities that increase participation in AI Academy sessions and promote practical use of AI tools.
• Support planning, tracking and reporting across AI transformation workstreams, coordinating actions, milestones and dependencies.
• Maintain a reusable library of AI learning materials and communication assets.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience in structured planning, change management and programme coordination.
• Comfort interacting with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams in an international environment.
• Interest in AI and its practical applications in a payments and software business.
