AI Creative Executor – German & English

About the role

We are seeking an AI Creative Executor to join our Marketing team in Lisbon. This hybrid role blends storytelling with cutting‑edge AI technology, allowing you to conceive and execute social‑first campaigns in both German and English.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end creation of AI‑powered marketing campaigns, from concept through video, image and text production.
• Rapidly prototype new creative formats and experiment with emerging AI tools.
• Write and refine scripts and prompts using Google Gemini to accelerate ideation and asset generation.
• Apply strong design sensibility to ensure assets are aesthetically compelling and on‑brand.
• Collaborate closely with brand managers and the broader marketing team to align creative output with campaign goals.
• Continuously research and test the latest AI, creative coding toolkits and interactive technologies.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in German and fluent English.
• Proven creative track record demonstrated through a strong portfolio or social media content.
• High autonomy with the ability to manage independent workstreams remotely.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment.
