AI Creative Designer

About the role

Join Salt’s Marketing Communications team to shape the future of advertising using generative AI. You will work closely with colleagues in Zurich and Prilly to produce world‑class visuals, films and campaign assets for one of Switzerland’s most dynamic telecom brands.

Key responsibilities

• Create premium‑quality AI‑generated images, key visuals and campaign assets.
• Produce animated videos, TV commercials and social content using the latest generative AI technologies.
• Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for ATL, digital, social, retail, POS and non‑traditional media.
• Translate ideas into compelling layouts, presentations and mock‑ups.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork and collaborate with internal teams and external production partners.
• Work closely with Marketing Communications colleagues in Zurich and Prilly.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new AI tools, workflows and creative technologies.
• Ensure all creative work meets Salt’s standards for brand consistency, design excellence and production quality.

Required profile

• Degree or professional experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related creative discipline.
• Outstanding ability to create high‑end visual content using generative AI.
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual communication.
• Excellent eye for typography, composition, branding and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating layouts for print, digital, OOH, social media and retail environments.
• Professional proficiency in English; German and/or French are a strong advantage.
