About the role

The Architecture and Interior Design Project Manager will work directly with clients to translate their needs into feasible architectural solutions, overseeing customisations from concept to on‑site implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define customisations and alterations to properties.
• Prepare and present layout, material, finish, and fitting options.
• Draw up or coordinate drawings, plans, finish schedules, and related documentation.
• Assess technical and construction feasibility of requested changes.
• Liaise with architecture, engineering, construction teams, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate impact of alterations on cost, timeline, design, planning permission and execution.
• Prepare proposals and documentation for client approval.
• Monitor client decisions through to on‑site implementation and ensure approved changes are correctly recorded.
• Attend meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customisation process and client experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Fluency in English.
• Professional experience in architecture, property development, construction or related fields.
• Strong communication, negotiation and expectation‑management skills.
• Ability to translate client needs into concrete, technically feasible solutions.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Eye for architecture, interiors, materials and mid‑to‑high‑end finishes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with other design and presentation software tools.
