Agile Master – Drive Agility & Scaling

About the role

As an Agile Master you will lead the adoption of agile and scaling practices across teams, ensuring operational excellence and high‑quality delivery at scale. You will work closely with product owners, stakeholders and leadership to align strategic objectives with day‑to‑day execution.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate core agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups, planning, reviews and retrospectives to optimise team flow.
• Coach and mentor teams and leaders on agile mindsets and scaling frameworks (SAFe, Kanban, Scrum).
• Bridge strategic business goals with team execution, collaborating with product owners and stakeholders.
• Analyse flow metrics (velocity, cycle time, efficiency) to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote agile values and knowledge‑sharing to foster collaboration and innovation across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Agile Master, Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Relevant certifications (CSM, A‑CSM, PSM) are highly desirable.
• Fluent English with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, distributed environment.
• Empathetic, collaborative attitude with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in both Portuguese and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with agile tooling such as Jira and Miro.
• Solid knowledge of agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
