Advanced Product Manager - Digital Trust

About the role

Feedzai is seeking an Advanced Product Manager with a strong customer focus to drive the vision and strategy of its Digital Trust solution. You will work across research, engineering, data science, design and customer teams to build AI‑driven capabilities that protect payments in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse digital fraud risks, developing detection capabilities that use device, behavioural biometric and cyber‑threat intelligence signals.
• Define product scope and roadmap, bridging gaps between product, platform, data science and operations to ensure scalability.
• Manage customer feedback through a documented REQ process and translate key requests into product releases.
• Align diverse stakeholders on complex decisions, establishing signed‑off team goals and escalating deviations.
• Coordinate cross‑team dependencies, optimizing initiatives for cost, operational burden and time‑to‑value.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to prioritise and align the product roadmap.
• Lead continuous planning, reporting progress and post‑launch adoption to leadership.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and use product analytics to understand user behaviour and drive rapid experimentation.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Data Science, AI or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of product management experience for AI‑centric or cyber‑intelligence products, including behavioural biometrics, bot detection, device tracking or malware intelligence.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and deliver roadmaps using modern software development practices.
• Strong communication skills, able to present complex technical concepts to leadership and customers.
• Passionate about fast‑paced environments and achieving stretch goals.
• Inquisitive mindset with a desire to deepen domain expertise.
• Capable of setting measurable team goals based on data and tracking progress.
