Intermediate Kotlin Back-End Developer

About the role

Join a Best Workplace® recognized company to develop server‑side applications using Kotlin. You will work on distributed systems and micro‑services in a cloud‑native environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on global projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Kotlin‑based back‑end services and APIs.
• Build and operate cloud‑native solutions on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Write automated tests with JUnit and Testcontainers and monitor performance using Grafana.
• Collaborate with product, UI, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable features.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience focused on Kotlin server‑side development.
• Hands‑on experience designing distributed systems and micro‑services.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Legal right to live and work in Portugal.
