Accounts Receivable Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join a global organization that values excellence. In this role you will lead a finance operations team, drive the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash process and ensure high‑quality service delivery across multiple business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performance finance operations team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the full Order‑to‑Cash cycle, including collections, credit management, cash application and invoicing, to meet agreed performance targets.
• Monitor operational metrics, drive corrective actions and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities and best‑practice solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and governance requirements.
• Promote standardized processes and consistent ways of working across the organization.
• Build strong relationships with internal partners and act as a trusted advisor for operational delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance operations teams, preferably within a shared services environment.
• Strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash processes, including collections, credit management and cash application.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, solve complex operational challenges and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Hands‑on, proactive and customer‑focused mindset with strong organisational skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
