About the role
Club Jibarito is seeking a full‑time Accounting Assistant to join its finance team in San Juan. You will support day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting for a leading luxury retail brand.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements using accounting software.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
- Execute finance‑related activities such as reconciliations and month‑end close.
- Collaborate with the finance team to guarantee timely and compliant reporting.
Required profile
- Proficiency in financial statements and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
- Experience with bookkeeping and analytical problem‑solving.
- Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Retail industry experience is a plus.
