Accountant – Finance & Controlling Regional HUB

About the role

Join Siemens Healthineers as an Accountant within the Accounting & Controlling Regional HUB. You will support the financial integrity of more than 15 legal entities across Europe, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with IFRS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general accounting, month‑end closing, and reporting activities.
• Analyse financial statements, general ledger, sub‑ledgers, provisions and accruals.
• Conduct quality checks, answer accounting queries, and support internal and external audits.
• Provide guidance on complex IFRS accounting issues and deliver training on accounting matters.
• Participate in projects such as ERP system implementations.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in accounting or auditing.
• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, team orientation, and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• SAP Financials (user knowledge).
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (user knowledge).
• Good knowledge of IFRS.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
