Accountant – Billing Specialist

About the role
Priority Global is looking for a full‑time Accountant with strong billing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented and capable of working independently while supporting our finance operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, follow up on accounts receivable and chase past‑due balances.
- Process payments, deposits and assist with accounting reports and filings.
- Research and resolve account discrepancies and communicate with customers about outstanding payments.
- Support audits and other accounting projects as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, billing or auditing.
- Experience with accounts receivable and collections.
- Availability to work overtime and holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Sage 50.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office 365.
