Account Manager – Travel Solutions (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

Travelport is looking for an Account Manager to own the retention and growth of its largest regional account in Portugal. Working in a hybrid model from Lisbon, you will act as the primary commercial liaison, ensuring customers receive the full value of Travelport’s travel‑booking technology.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for the assigned account, managing renewals and contract negotiations.
• Develop and execute retention and growth strategies, promoting Travelport products and increasing market share.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Customer Support, Search Optimization, Project Management, Solution Consultants and API specialists to deliver optimal customer experiences.
• Build senior‑level relationships within the client organisation and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM pipeline, account plans and sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B account management or commercial sales, preferably in travel or technology sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of driving contract renewals and upsells.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with matrixed internal teams.
