About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager to guide merchants through onboarding, help them get the most out of our platform, and keep them engaged over time. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth experience from the first interaction to long‑term partnership.
Key responsibilities
- Assist new merchants during onboarding and train them on platform tools and best practices.
- Monitor merchant health metrics, identify at‑risk accounts, and proactively address concerns to prevent churn.
- Reconnect with churned merchants, diagnose reasons for departure, and propose tailored solutions to reactivate them.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to merchant queries efficiently, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Required profile
- Fluency in the local language(s) and English.
- Strong customer engagement and communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret operational data.
- Experience in sales, negotiation, and fast‑paced environments.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM and communication tools, specifically Salesforce.
