Account Manager – Europe

About the role

Rentcars is seeking an Account Manager to lead business growth across Europe. You will be responsible for expanding revenue, nurturing relationships with existing car‑rental partners, and prospecting new suppliers. The role combines market analysis, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration to strengthen Rentcars’ position in the global car‑rental market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of the rental‑company portfolio and identify revenue‑boosting opportunities.
• Negotiate account agreements, commission structures, and strategic rates for key source markets.
• Monitor market share, web‑service performance, and “no‑result” searches to improve product availability and conversion rates.
• Represent Rentcars at tourism trade fairs and industry events.
• Coordinate IT integrations with new partners, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Develop joint strategies with Marketing and Product teams to launch new offerings.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across different countries.
