Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive at Buena Vibra Group acts as the bridge between clients and the creative, digital, and media teams. You will manage client relationships, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and help translate client ideas into successful campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating day‑to‑day execution of events, advertising campaigns, digital media, and productions.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, status reports, and creative briefs in Basecamp, ensuring alignment across internal and external partners.
• Prepare estimates, monitor budgets, and identify out‑of‑scope requests to support account growth.
• Provide on‑site support for events and activations, and manage invoicing and project‑closing processes with Finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management, event planning, advertising or a similar agency environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Apple software.
• Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and project tools such as Basecamp.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms, digital content creation, paid media and performance reporting.
