About the role
Easy4Pro is seeking an Account Executive to join its fast‑growing sales team. You will work closely with the Head of Sales Execution to turn qualified opportunities into revenue, focusing on the logistics and freight marketplace. The role is ideal for a consultative seller who thrives on closing deals and delivering value‑based solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct deep‑dive discovery sessions to uncover client freight and logistics pain points.
- Position the Easy4Pro platform as a solution that drives efficiency, cost avoidance, and hybrid logistics enablement.
- Guide prospects through demos, proposal building, negotiation, and trial conversion.
- Secure client commitment to trial periods and manage the pipeline to final conversion.
- Ensure a smooth handoff to Account Managers by documenting scope and success criteria.
- Maintain 95%+ data accuracy in the CRM for reliable forecasting.
- Participate in industry events and fairs to generate leads.
- Follow up on leads at every stage and report lost cases with lessons learned.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS closing roles.
- Proven track record of closing deals and delivering value‑based selling.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, German) are a plus.
- Experience selling into logistics, procurement, or enterprise manufacturing/automotive sectors is preferred.
- Consultative, solution‑oriented mindset with a focus on executive‑level outcomes.
