Windows System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Windows System Administrator to join our complex enterprise environment where security, automation and operational stability are paramount. The role involves managing large‑scale Windows infrastructures, driving automation initiatives and ensuring systems remain secure, compliant and highly available across multiple domains.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and optimise enterprise Windows Server environments, including clustering and high‑availability configurations.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, privileged access solutions and identity services across multi‑domain infrastructures.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and Infrastructure‑as‑Code using PowerShell, Ansible and Terraform.
• Implement patch management, vulnerability remediation and privileged access management to meet recognised security frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for change management, incident resolution and continuous platform improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering enterprise Windows Server environments.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, domain controllers and Group Policy management.
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as PowerShell, Ansible and Terraform.
• Familiarity with patch management solutions, networking fundamentals and secure remote administration.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in structured enterprise settings.
