Windows System Administrator (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Windows System Administrator to join our technology consultancy in Portugal. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while supporting a range of Windows‑based environments for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows operating systems, ensuring stability and security.
• Design, deploy and manage virtual infrastructures using VMware and Omnissa.
• Implement and support Office 365 services, including hybrid Active Directory, Exchange, Teams and OneDrive.
• Create and maintain Windows base images, automate OS upgrades and deploy software via SCCM and Intune.
• Monitor system performance, diagnose incidents and apply regular security patches.
• Provide technical assistance and clear communication to end‑users.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in systems administration.
• Strong proficiency with Windows OS; Linux knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and mandatory Portuguese language proficiency.
