Web Project Manager – Remote Contract

About the role

INFUSE is seeking a Web Middle + Project Manager to lead the delivery of its main website and a network of mini‑sites. This remote contract role requires a calm, organized professional who can coordinate multiple departments and keep projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of website initiatives, including content updates, feature releases, technical improvements and integrations.
• Coordinate daily work across Development, Design, Marketing and HR teams.
• Balance competing priorities, manage risks early and adapt to shifting requirements.
• Keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive process improvements for faster, more predictable delivery.
• Support change management during major website transitions.
• Use data and analytics to guide optimisation decisions.
• Translate business needs into clear project tasks and manage priorities to meet quality standards.
• Lead development team activities such as capacity planning, daily stand‑ups and sprint ceremonies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of web/digital project management experience.
• 1+ year of business analysis experience (requirements gathering, process mapping).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders and resolve cross‑team conflicts.
• Data‑driven, solution‑oriented and comfortable with ambiguity.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with JIRA.
• Hands‑on experience with Confluence.
• Hands‑on experience with Figma.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools.
