About the role

Join The Social Hub as a Waiter/Waitress and become the energetic, friendly face that guests remember. You will work in a vibrant, multinational hospitality concept, serving guests from across Europe while delivering fast, confident, and warm service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with enthusiasm and make them feel instantly at ease.
• Take orders, serve dishes, and provide menu recommendations with confidence.
• Maintain smooth floor flow by anticipating needs before they are voiced.
• Communicate clearly with the bar and kitchen to ensure accurate delivery of food and drinks.
• Handle guest questions, requests, and minor issues with calm, friendly problem‑solving.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for action.
• Support colleagues during busy periods to create a cohesive team rhythm.

Required profile

• Natural hospitality feel and a passion for creating pleasant moments.
• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of connecting with people.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing composure.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
