Hotel Manager

About the role

The Hotel Manager leads YOTEL Porto’s daily operations, ensuring the brand promise is delivered and financial performance is sustainable. This senior leader translates corporate priorities into actionable plans across all hotel functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership to Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering and support functions, maintaining visible, hands‑on presence.
• Drive a guest‑centric culture, handling feedback and complaints, and monitoring satisfaction and online reputation.
• Lead, coach and develop the hotel leadership team, fostering accountability, collaboration and high performance.
• Own the property’s P&L, monitoring revenue, GOP, payroll and key KPIs, and taking corrective action when needed.
• Contribute to commercial strategy with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management to maximize topline performance.
• Maintain strong, transparent relationships with ownership, UHM, YOTEL and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legislation and brand standards.
