Vice President, NBM Governance & Performance

About the role

The Vice President, NBM Governance & Performance will lead Mastercard’s Network Behavior Management (NBM) program within the Integrity & Standards team. This senior position is responsible for defining and evolving the governance framework, analytics, and performance measurement that protect global payment transactions and drive fraud mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear, repeatable analytics to measure NBM program performance, including harm and benefit metrics.
• Lead the NBM Revenue Transformation Steering Committee to define exit strategies for NBM fees and align behavior mapping with Mastercard solutions.
• Manage a team of data analysts to produce monthly, quarterly, and annual analytics, ensuring consistent global performance measurement.
• Oversee adherence to the NBM program governance framework and implement guardrails worldwide.

Required profile

• Progressive leadership experience in payment fraud at a regional or global level.
• Strong expertise in payment‑fraud analytics, network or product security, and cross‑functional governance.
• Ability to operate strategically and operationally.
• Proven track record of managing high‑performance teams and nurturing talent.
• Demonstrated capability to build relationships across the organization and deliver results.
