Training Specialist

About the role
CALB (Europe) S.A is seeking a Training Specialist to help build and deliver industrial training programs for its European battery factory. You will work closely with the HR and production teams to adapt existing training content from China to local operating conditions and ensure a high‑quality learning experience for plant employees.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the design and planning of the training system and curriculum.
- Localise and adapt training materials and systems imported from China to suit European factory requirements.
- Create new industrial training documentation, processes and procedures.
- Manage the full training cycle: maintain records, contribute to the annual training plan, schedule and deliver sessions, and evaluate effectiveness.
- Support other HR processes as needed.
Required profile
- Relevant university degree.
- Experience working in an industrial environment.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese and Mandarin.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural and fast‑paced setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency in English, Portuguese and Mandarin languages.
