Training & Quality Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Training & Quality Manager to elevate our performance, customer experience, and operational excellence. In this role you will inspire teams, design impactful learning experiences, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Quality & Training strategy for the business.
• Create engaging onboarding and development programs that drive measurable impact.
• Monitor quality performance, translate insights into actionable plans, and ensure process consistency.
• Coach and support teams to achieve outstanding results and high service standards.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and promote operational excellence.
• Analyze KPIs and quality metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Partner with leaders to build a high‑performance, people‑focused culture.

Required profile

• Established experience in Training, Quality Assurance, Learning & Development or similar functions.
• 1‑2 years of experience managing teams or departments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical thinking abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for people development.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience in BPO, customer success or call‑center environments is highly advantageous.
