Training Coordination & Authorization Specialist

About the role

Join a pioneering MRO project near Porto and lead the development and delivery of training programs that ensure regulatory compliance and high‑quality standards for Lufthansa Technik Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule and deliver orientation and recurrent trainings for all staff.
• Provide spot training in response to audit findings or lessons learned from Group companies.
• Organise off‑site trainings with local providers.
• Maintain the company authorization and stamp roster.
• Conduct job‑related trainings and support the issuance of training/authorization management review reports.
• Assist employees in complying with aviation authorisations.
• Promote open communication, a just‑culture mindset and quality awareness across the organisation.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience as a qualified engineer or certified technician.
• Background in quality assurance and training development.
• Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English.
• Knowledge of minimum EASA aviation laws and directives, with willingness to learn non‑EASA regulations.
• Strong planning, attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems analytically and balance customer needs with company capability.
