Training & Change Management Specialist

About the role

Inetum is seeking a Training & Change Management Specialist to support transformation initiatives within a Financial Security / KYC Operations environment. You will design, deliver and continuously improve learning solutions that enable teams to adopt new processes and tools effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions and workshops.
• Create engaging e‑learning content, user guides and training materials.
• Develop video tutorials and other digital learning assets.
• Support the rollout of new processes and tools.
• Facilitate workshops and adoption activities.
• Coordinate or support UATs and post‑release activities.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve training content.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Training, Learning & Development, Change Management or Transformation roles.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience creating e‑learning and training materials.
• Comfortable developing video content and using editing tools.
• Proactive, autonomous and well‑organized.
• Experience in Financial Services, Operations or KYC environments is a plus.
